Machine Pickup & Shipping Policy

Machine Pickup Policy

All vending machine pickups must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by Echelon Vending prior to arrival. Pickup appointments are available during normal business hours only.

Pickup Hours

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

• Last pickup appointment: 4:00 PM EST

• No weekend pickups are available

To ensure proper scheduling and staff availability, customers must schedule their pickup appointment in advance and receive confirmation before arriving.

Customers who choose to pick up their machine are responsible for securing appropriate transportation and equipment. Prior to release of the machine, all purchasers must sign a Pickup and Transportation Consent Form acknowledging full responsibility for the loading, transportation, securing, and delivery of the machine once it leaves Echelon Vending's possession.

Failure to schedule a pickup appointment in advance may result in delays or the inability to release the machine.

For security and liability purposes, the pickup address will not be provided until all required agreements have been signed and completed.

Shipping Information

Shipping may be arranged after the vending machine has been paid in full.

All machine sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Standard Commercial Shipping

• Shipping costs are based on the delivery ZIP code.

• Includes white-glove service and liftgate delivery.

• Shipping fees must be paid in full prior to shipment.

• Delivery times may vary based on carrier availability and destination.

Residential Shipping

• Residential delivery is available.

• Pricing may vary based on carrier requirements, accessibility, and location.

• Additional fees may apply for residential deliveries.

Shipping Payment Requirements

Shipping and delivery fees must be paid within 48 hours of purchasing your vending machine.

Failure to submit shipping payment within the required timeframe will result in daily storage fees being added to the outstanding balance until shipping fees are paid in full.

Machines will not be released for shipment or pickup until all required payments, agreements, and documentation have been completed.
