4. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a financing or payment plan has been approved.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Lease-to-Own Program

Participation in our Lease-to-Own Program requires approval through our financing process.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Applicants may be required to complete:

  • A soft credit inquiry
  • A signed Lease-to-Own Agreement

Monthly payments must be made according to the financing agreement.

Failure to make payments may result in repossession of the equipment.

6. Location Services

Purchasing Location Services does not guarantee placement at a specific business.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to locate qualified vending opportunities based on your requested service area.

Within 48 hours of payment, you will receive a Location Services Agreement.

Your search will begin only after the signed agreement has been returned.

Searches may take up to 12 weeks, depending on market conditions.

7. Mentorship Programs

Mentorship is educational in nature.

While we provide guidance, strategies, and business coaching, we cannot guarantee specific financial results or business success.

Your results depend on your effort, execution, local market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Digital Products

All digital products are licensed for individual use only.

You may not:

  • Resell
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Upload
  • Publish

our digital content without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

9. Skool Community

Membership grants access to educational content and the online community.
